When we met John, not only was he open to our desire to build as “green” as possible, but he immediately connected with our architect, and suggested numerous ideas. He ignited our excitement about building our dream home AND calmed our fears. In the building—which went incredibly fast!—John made executive decisions which pleased us no end. When our wishes would go “off,” he would firmly but warmly “correct our course,” stirring us in a realistic direction. His knowledge about all phases of home construction impressed us; so much so, that we always felt confident in his judgement and LUCKY to have him.
