Liberty Rock Books

Originally constructed in 1923, the building which houses Liberty Rock Books— part of the beloved Hobart Book Village in Hobart NY–  has had lived many lives, including one as a auto garage and most recently as Delaware Valley Propane. For this project, Whritner Builders did a complete renovation —  gutting the entire building and renovating the facade as well.  They put in new everything — new floor, new windows, a new heating system with exposed ducts, new plumbing, new electric and a new exposed-beam ceiling.
